Pregnancy Pilates 

Thursdays @ 6pm

Tailored to support you and your body as you go through your pregnancy journey, this class includes only exercises and movements that are all low impact and suitable during pregnancy.  Always listen to your body though.  If, for any reason, a move doesn’t feel right for you, its ok to stop/skip the move or ask your teacher for a different modification/version.  We will use a mat along with a whole array of props and equipment that are all suitable for building good posture and getting you moving well through your pregnancy.  Other benefits - reduced back/pelvic pain, improved balance and joint movement, relief of stress and general increased body strength.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!  And yes! You can do Pilates during your pregnancy.  But checking with your doctor that you are cleared for exercise is a definite must before signing up for this class.
